SFRRI member implies a member of its regional societies, such as SFRBM,
SFRR Africa, SFRR Asia, SFRR Australasia, SFRR Europe, and Oxygen Club
of California. On your application, please select the society you belong
to.

Students have to show their identification or certificates of your university at the registration desk.
3)
Postdoctoral fellows have to submit a letter from their staff supervisor in their laboratory for identification.
Without identification, the non-member or member fee will be applied.
4)
Lunch boxes will be served for attendees of Meet the Professor.

For the participants who need VISA
1) Please ask your local Japanese embassy or consulate about what you should prepare.
2) Also, please fill out the VISA information sheet,
3) then send the form to the secretariat.
4) VISA procedure sometimes will require a great deal of times,
so we suggest you that you should contact the embassy
or
consulate office promptly if you need VISA.
Should a visa be needed, participants should submit the Visa Information
Form to SFRRI2014 Secretariat.
