Instructions for Abstract Preparation
1.
Abstracts should be written in English.
2.
All the information you submitted will be sent to your registered email
address. This confirmation mail includes your assigned abstract number
and login ID. All future correspondence concerning your abstract will include the assigned
abstract number. In case you do not receive the confirmation email, your abstract may not
be registered.
3.
Password is case sensitive and must be between 6 to 8 characters. This
password is necessary for you to view or edit/revise your abstract. Please make sure to keep notes of your password. For the protection of personal information we CAN NOT deal with any inquiries regarding your lost/ forgotten password.
4.
Up to a maximum of 5 facilities can be registered as Affiliated Institutions.
Maximum number of characters for the first author’s institution is 120
and for the other authors’ institutions are 90 per institute.
5.
Up to a maximum of 12 persons can be registered as Co-Authors.
6.
Please indicate the presenter by checking the box for correspondent author.
7.
The abstract title should be no more than 150 input characters including spaces.
(Approximately 25 words)
8.
The abstract body should follow the structure of Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion, and should be no more than 1400 input characters. (Approximately 200 words).
9.
The total of the abstract including authors’ names and institutions should
be no more than 2230 input characters.
10.
Abstracts should not include any diagrams, charts or reference citations.
11.
Please paste text processed off-line into the designated box on the Submission Form.
12.
Follow the instructions on the Submission Form regarding use of specific
character symbols, Greek letters, superscript, subscript, italic, bold
or underlined text. You can copy the code on the Submission Form and paste
(insert) it as appropriate part of your abstract.
Notification of Acceptance
Notice: Since we extended the deadline for submission of abstracts until
Oct. 31, 2013,
The notification of acceptance will be sent directly to the corresponding
author at the end of November, 2013 by email. Accordingly, the early bird
registration fee will be applied until December 31, 2013, 23:59 Japanese
Standard Time. We ask all presenting authors to pre-register by that date.
1.
Submitted abstracts will be selected on the basis of scientific value and
are entirely to the discretion of Scientific Program Committee. Results
will be announced in the beginning of November, 2013at the end of November, 2013 by email as well as posted on the Conference website.
2.
All applicants whose papers are accepted should register and pay their
registration fees by November 30, 2013 by December 31, 2013, 23:59 Japanese Standard Time.
3.
Abstracts accepted for presentation will be included in the abstract book
published in Supplement of Journal of Clinical Biochemistry and Nutrition
(JCBN).
4.
Please note that the International Scientific Program Committee for SFRRI2014
reserves the right to select and to finalize the entire program.
Notes
All oral session speakers will be asked to present their data on projector.
Abstracts must contain novel, previously unpublished material and sound
results.
